OOTD – That 70’s Show.
Hi,
Hope you’ve all had a lovely week & looking forward to a nice rest this weekend I know i am.
The Trend Behind the Outfit
This Outfit was inspired by the 70’s Era. This era is one of my most-loved in terms of fashion. 70’s fashion is hard to describe in one word as it was just as easy-going and natural as it was vibrant and flamboyant (which pretty much sums me up). I love how the 70’s brought about the hippie and Bohemian movement. If living in the 70’s you got to dress like you was going to a festival everyday I would have been in my element and was definitely born in the wrong era. This look featured on this post however is a bit more conservative and has serious Jackie O vibes. Has it features a tan-colored two-piece suit which when worn together looks like a trench coat.
Outfit Details
This look centers around this Two piece Suit, featuring a Tan cropped Trench Jacket and the Tan Trench Mini-Skirt to match, both from Missguided. You can wear either piece on its own or together like I have done. I wore just a basic black choker neck t-shirt from NewLook (similar here). I love this t-shirt as it can be paired with almost anything. To Complete the outfit I wore some Black Platform Over the Knee Chunky Boots from H&M (similar here)
For the Accessories I wore my Black Embroidered Chain Bag, Black Baker Boy Hat, and my Jackie O Sunglasses, all from NewLook (all sold out).
