Hi my beauty’s, well I’m back with my favourite posts to write a simple OOTD post. I wanted to make a Game of Thrones reference in the title but alas winter is already here and don’t we bloody know it. I nearly froze to death (ok slight exaggeration but not far off), taking these pictures.
The Trend Behind The Outfit
Another year the Shearling coat has dominated the Autumn Winter Season. The coats were seen on the catwalks at Marc Jacobs, Balmain and Alexander McQueen. In a range of different colours and textures and styles. From corduroy, teddy coats, trucker jackets, aviator jackets and denim jackets all lined with real and faux shearling. Even accessories with shearling detail walked the catwalks from hats and bags and boots. This is a trend that won’t go away and keeps you warm from the winter chill.
Yellow was another big trend for 2017 with catwalks such as Chloe, kate spade and coach all featuring the colour in all different shades, one shade that seemed to be everywhere on the high street and street style stars was Mustard. I love this shade of yellow, as it suits most people. From jumpers, shoes, hats, jewellery, coats I’m sure you will have seen someone rocking this it shade last year. Don’t worry the good news is that the shade mustard seems to be going nowhere and was seen on the Spring 2018 catwalks for Moschino and Isabel Marant. So don’t go throwing away your mustard colours just yet.
