
Five AW18/19 Trends That I Love
Hi my lovelies, hope all is well?? Today’s post is about the five AW18/19 trends that I’m loving and can’t wait to wear. What are your favourite trends this season??
1. Animal Instincts
This season designers went wild for animal print and everyone from Tom Ford, Balenciaga, D&G and Max Mara sent models down the catwalks wearing Animal Print in a range of different prints everything from leopard, tiger, snake, zebra, and crocodile was seen, in a range of different colours and texture. The designer way to wear this trend was to wear a print head to toe. If however your not quite ready to unleash your inner animal, the easiest way to incorporate this trend into your wardrobe is by adding animal print accessories or shoes or a jacket. Another way to wear this trend is buy wearing a printed skirt and teaming with a slogan tee and boots or trainers and a biker jacket. A printed dress is also simple to wear as you can dress it up for day or night by simply changing your shoes and jacket. So however you choose to wear animal print this season, embrace your inner animal and take a walk on the wild side.

This Season designers went Plaid crazy and Everything from plaids, prince of wales heritage, tweed and tartan all were seen on the catwalks. A classic look was seen at Fendi with the prince of Wales check two-piece outfit, whereas Versace was inspired by the classic that is the 90’s film Clueless. The easiest way to incorporate this trend into your wardrobe is by wearing a statement checked coat. Another way to channel this trend is by wearing a classic two-piece suit in either tartan, tweed or prince of Wales check. Another simple way to wear this trend is either by wearing a checked skirt or shorts with a turtleneck top and knee-high boots. However, you choose to wear this season’s biggest trend people will be checking you out.

This seasons it colour is Brown in all its variations think camel, caramel, chocolate, toffee, tan and rust. Designers from Rochas, Fendi, Chloe and Kenzo sent models down the catwalk wearing shades of brown, head to toe in a range of different textures. The easiest way to incorporate this look into your wardrobe is shoes and accessories and a jacket. Don’t be afraid to wear shades of brown together in different textures.

Designers such as Christian Dior and Etro sent models down wearing dark moody florals, while Oscar Da La Renta and Zimmerman sent models down the catwalk wearing contrasting florals. The easiest way to wear this trend is by wearing a floral dress, paired with boots, a waist belt and a baker boy hat for Christian Dior vibes. If dresses aren’t for you then wear a floral blouse with jeans or trousers and heels. Either way you will look blooming lovely. ?
